The sliding between the tooth surfaces of the worm drive is longer, the tooth surface contact time is longer, and the friction and wear are outstanding. Therefore, no matter which type of turbine and worm drive, there are problems of extreme pressure and wear resistance. Similarly, bevel gear and planetary gear traction machines also have the problem of extreme pressure and wear resistance. In addition, the oil used in traction machines should have good fluidity at low temperatures and good oxidation stability and thermal stability at high temperatures. Therefore, the gear oil for the reduction gearbox of toothed traction machines usually chooses the turbine worm gear oil with viscosity of VG320 and VG460. This kind of lubricant can also be used for the lubrication of escalator chains.
The anti-wear and lubricating performance has been greatly improved, forming a strong oil film on the metal surface, and sticking to the metal surface for a long time, effectively reducing the friction between the metals, so that the gear immediately gets good lubricating protection when starting. Gear lubricating oil has excellent water resistance, oxidation resistance and strong adhesion. It can improve the sealing of the gear box (worm gear box) and reduce oil leakage.
For the oil used in the reduction gearbox of a traction machine, the temperature of the parts and bearings of the elevator reducer gearbox should generally be less than 60 ° C, and the oil temperature in the chassis should not exceed 85 ° C. The oil should be selected according to the different models and functions of the elevator. At the same time, pay attention to the amount of oil, oil temperature and oil leakage.
Home elevator maintenance method
1. The traction machine of home elevator needs oil lubrication. There are two scales on the outer cover of the traction machine. Open the oil nozzle to check that the oil should be in the middle of the two scales. If the oil is lower than the lower scale, it means that the traction machine should be refueled. If the oil is not refueled, the elevator will run for a long time. It will not be well lubricated, resulting in the burnout of the elevator traction machine and motor. After the villa elevator has been running for a long time, the oil should be replaced in time to keep the traction machine fresh and well lubricated.
2. Cleaning and lubrication of guide shoes for domestic elevator cars. Everyone knows that the guide shoe runs on the guide rail, and there is an oil cup on the guide shoe. In order to prevent the elevator from generating friction noise, the oil cup must be regularly refueled and the guide shoe must be cleaned.
3. Maintenance of home elevator hall doors and car doors. Elevator failures are mostly on the elevator hall door and car door, so attention should be paid to the maintenance of the hall door and car door. First, refuel at the refueling place on the door’s upper ledge, keep it well lubricated, and the elevator will not make unpleasant sounds during operation and when the door is open. Pay attention to the inspection of the elevator’s safety touch panel or light curtain type touch panel switch line. Because the elevator opens and closes the door more frequently, the switch line will be damaged. This requires maintenance personnel to check in every job. It is necessary to change in advance, and do not let users have doubts about the quality of elevator products due to door problems.
